Every Thursday, Cafe Asif opens in the evening to offer a menu celebrating local wines, spirits, and seasonal bites.
On Tuesday, December 31, Asif’s weekly wine evening will be dedicated to Novy God (New Year). Alongside sparkling and local wines, the bite menu will include tributes to New Year’s classics from the former Soviet Union, such as: Blini with trout gravlax and crème fraîche; Olivier salad; Bruschetta with butter and trout caviar; Beet and walnut salad; And for dessert, Medovik—a honey and sour cream layered cake.
