Amit Aaronsohn is one of Israel’s most seasoned culinary figures. He has hosted prominent food segments, including the food news segment on “Good Evening with Guy Pines,” “Israeli Food News” on Keshet 12, and “The Shakshuka Method” on News 13. He served as the restaurant critic for Jerusalem’s Kol Ha’ir newspaper for over a decade.
Aaronsohn is also the chair of the awards committee for the Israeli Cuisine Awards and the co-host of “Talking from the Stomach,” Israel’s leading food podcast. He leads private culinary tours and hosts events that delve into the evolution of new Israeli cuisine. Aaronsohn holds an M.A. in gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy.
