A chef, recipe developer, and farmer, Michal Havivian is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris. Alongside her partner Boaz, she grows organic vegetables at Havivian Farm in Moshav Hodaya on the Ashkelon coast and in Moshav Naham in the Jerusalem hills, where the family lives. Their vegetables are delivered weekly to the farm’s subscribers and sold at the market in Hodaya, in Naham on Thursdays, and in Jerusalem on Fridays.
