Rotem Maimon is the editor of the food and travel section at Haaretz, as well as a food and restaurant writer for Haaretz’s weekend magazine. He also guides culinary tours in Netanya. Maimon lives in Moshav Nitzanei Oz in Emek Hefer with his partner and their two children.
