Shir Ben Muvchar is the owner of Market Eat, which works with farmers, producers, and creators in the culinary industry nationwide. She also organizes and leads food tours in the Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights. A former marketing development manager at Galil Mountain Winery, Ben Muvchar is a WSET graduate. She lives in Sde Eliezer in the Upper Galilee.
