1 handful of bitter orange blossoms (15-20 pieces)
About 2 cups /480 ml white wine vinegar
Place the orange blossoms into the container (make sure the flowers are cleaned of any ants or bugs) and pour vinegar over the blossoms until the top of the container is reached. Seal well and set it aside for 3 days at room temperature. Like other vinegars, this stores well for years.
