In honor of Shavuot, Cafe Asif will host a pop-up shop with Ofaimme Farm. Pick up the farm’s exceptional cheeses, wines, olive oil, and much more
One of the first organic farms in Israel, Ofaimme was established by brothers Hedai and Yinon Offaim on Moshav Idan in the Arava in 1999. Later, they expanded to the Ella Valley, where they planted a vineyard and olive grove.
A selection of their best products will be available at the pop-up shop including artisanal cheeses and yogurt made with milk from their alpine goats, eggs from their free range hens, homemade spreads and jams, olive oil, wines, pastries, granola, and more.
On Tuesday the 23rd, Hedai will also serve a goat stew alongside Polish kluski (a type of drop noodle) and spring vegetables at our House Pot lunch series at Cafe Asif. Reserve a table.
