From Asif’s inception, our mission has been to nurture the food culture in Israel. In light of the current complex and challenging reality, we present The Flavor Mosaic — a delicious collection of outstanding food establishments handpicked by culinary experts from across the country. These restaurants, food stalls, wineries, bakeries, and dairies, embody the essence of local cuisine in the present moment.
