Head sommelier at the Norman Hotel in Tel Aviv, Shira Tsiddon is a wine curator, consultant, and writer. She began her career as a sommelier at Raphi Cohen’s Raphael bistro in Tel Aviv, and later curated the wine list of the acclaimed Mul-Yam restaurant. Tsiddon is a graduate of Tel-Hai College in the Upper Galilee and WSET in London. In 2020, she was included in Forbes magazine’s 30 under 30. Tsiddon was born on the Gesher HaZiv kibbutz in the western Galilee, and currently lives in Givatayim.
