Oren Assif is a development manager at a hi-tech (Lemonaid) company by day, but his deep passion for food, restaurants, and writing, inspired him to launch the restaurant review blog Gargeran in 2011 (he shuttered it in 2017). Today, he continues to share his culinary insights through periodic reviews on his Instagram account. He lives in Tel Aviv.
