Molly on the Range: Recipes and Stories From an Unlikely Life on a Farm

In 2013, years before she was a Food Network star, Molly Yeh moved to the North Dakota-Minnesota border with her husband, a fifth-generation sugar beet farmer. Without many friends around, Yeh, who is a classically trained percussionist, spent time working on her blog My Name Is Yeh, capturing her daily life and recipes inspired by her new home and her Chinese and Jewish heritage. Her book, “Molly on the Range,” shares her journey, punctuated by creative and playful recipes like everything bagel bourekas with eggs, scallions, and cheese; scallion pancake challah; and pigs in a blanket on a stick. The book is illustrated with Yeh’s signature photographs.
