Hedai Offaim is a founder of the Ofaimme Farm for Sustainable Agriculture in the Aravah area and in the Ella Valley, which grows vegetables, fruits, heirloom grapes, and raises animals according to strict organic standards. Their cheeses, olives, wines, and more are sold at the farm’s shops and served in Offaim’s cafes, bakeries, and catering company.
