Sefarad Yemekleri
During the Spanish Inquisition, Jews from Spain flocked to the Ottoman Empire, many of them settling in what is now Turkey, bringing with them Sephardi recipes and culinary traditions. While some of the recipes were adapted in their new home, others remained the same through the generations. This book aims to preserve recipes from this 500-year-old community.
